Ballot Access: Signatures from 5% of the number of people who voted in the last election in that district. Contact your County Clerk for the exact number.
Note on County Board/Commissioner seats: In single-member districts, a candidate may run alone. However, in multi-member or at-large districts where more than one candidate will be elected, you must run a full slate of candidates. The same is true of countywide positions such as Circuit Clerk or Coroner: a full slate of countywide offices must be run at once.
